5/15/15 - Reminder to all, Loot, spawn rates, and imp rates are still increased!

Hey all, just want to make sure to let everyone know that the imp rates are still boosted. Build those toons and get ready for war! It is coming.

special weapon drops are increased, and advancement rates are almost doubled. Also the spawn rate of chieftains is up in the headquarters of the avar!
